Noel Miller

Noel Miller is an experienced professional in the behavioral health field, currently serving as Program Director at New Haven Residential Treatment Center since October 2022. Previously, Noel held various leadership roles at Embark Behavioral Health, including Executive Director and Associate Executive Director, and served as Director of Operations at Sunrise Residential Treatment Center.
