Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith, LSW, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Specialist at NJOHSP since May 2023. Previously, Rachel held the positions of Licensed Social Worker and Director of Social Services at Beacon of LIFE from October 2019 to April 2023. From January 2017 to October 2019, Rachel worked as a Care Manager at Monmouth Cares. Early in Rachel's career, experience included roles such as Project Coordinator and MSW Intern at New Jersey Children's Alliance, MSW Intern at the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office-Child Advocacy Center, and Police Communications Dispatcher at West Long Branch Police Department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
