Akram Shehata is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for BI-Analytics Transformation at NJ TRANSIT since April 2022, Akram has successfully led multiple implementation projects across various sectors including Human Resources, Risk Management, and Operations. In addition, Akram functions as the Senior Director of Strategy & Transformation at Thinkdata Consulting Firm, advising enterprises on strategy review, digital transformation, and AI initiatives. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Qatar Petrochemical Company, where Akram held the position of Transformation Manager, collaborating with C-Suite leaders on organizational change and efficiency improvements. Akram also served as an advisor for business transformation at the College of the North Atlantic in Qatar.
