Gabe Mounce

Gabe Mounce is a board member at the New Mexico Technology Council. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Test Program Manager for the Airborne Laser Program Office at the Missile Defense Agency from May 2010 to October 2012. In this role, they managed test planning projects for the high energy laser programs. From March 2006 to June 2010, Gabe Mounce worked as the Assistant Director of Operations at the Department of the Air Force. In this role, they directed technology demonstration and evaluation for a specialized military technology unit relating to space and cyber systems. Gabe also directed daily operations for a 75 person team conducting USAF, DoD & national agency technology development worth over $20M. Gabe Mounce has also held positions as the Director of Space Force Accelerators at the Air Force Research Laboratory and as the HQ Squadron Section Commander at the Air Force Research Laboratory - Information Directorate.

Gabe Mounce has a BS in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University and an MS in electrical engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. Gabe also attended the USAF Air Command and Staff College and the USAF Squadron Officer School.
