Erika Langley

Erika Langley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and business transformation within public sector organizations. Currently, as a Senior Change Management Advisor at New Plymouth District Council since July 2017, Erika leads a team focused on delivering change management for Business Technology projects. Previously, at Auckland Transport, Erika held various roles including Business Change Manager, overseeing the implementation of CRM Dynamics 2016, and Service Enhancement Manager, focusing on project delivery and process improvement. Erika's experience also includes managing operations at the Auckland Regional Council Contact Centre. Erika holds a Graduate Diploma in Tourism Management and a Bachelor of Leisure Studies, both from The University of Waikato.
