Jennifer Andi

Jennifer Andi is the Founder and Executive Director of Nested Integral Coaching Constellation (NI2C), a nonprofit organization focused on trauma-informed programs and Integral Coaching for individuals affected by interpersonal trauma. Currently serving as a Faculty Pod Guide at New Ventures West, Jennifer supports the Professional Coaching Certification training. Through Jennifer Andi Integral Coaching LLC, Jennifer offers personalized coaching designed to foster client growth and development. As a Grant Writer at The Write Intention, responsibilities include researching funding opportunities and drafting proposals for nonprofits. Experience as a Peer Advocate with Support Systems involved mentoring women in transitional housing, and prior work as a Paralegal involved legal research and trial preparation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy at the Western Institute for Social Research.
