Lea Ann Hutter

Lea Ann Hutter is currently an Executive Leadership Coach in training at New Ventures West, drawing from extensive experience as a creative leader, manager, mentor, and instructor. Previously, Lea Ann served as Senior Director of Product Design for Global Talent Products at LinkedIn, leading user experience design for various high-impact teams across monetized and free platforms. With a strong background in user experience design and product strategy, Lea Ann held multiple leadership roles at LinkedIn, including Director and Senior Manager of User Experience Design, and founded Hutter Design. Lea Ann's earlier experiences include significant positions at Kaboodle, ThisNext, and The Sloan Group, as well as teaching Graphic Design at Parsons School of Design. Lea Ann holds a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design and has furthered education at Stanford University and UCLA.
