Joey Rineman

Joey Rineman is an experienced recruiter currently at New Western since July 2022, where responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and sourcing candidates through various platforms. Previously, as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at NCSA Next College Student Athlete from May 2015 to July 2022, Joey excelled in building client relationships and driving sales through expert knowledge of the company's products. Additional experience includes roles at Ripken Baseball as an Instructor/Tournament Director and various internships in baseball operations. Joey holds a Bachelor of Education in Sport Management from Wichita State University, obtained in 2013.
