Matthew Shelp

Matthew Shelp is an experienced professional in the real estate and administrative sectors. Currently serving as an Acquisition Manager and Investment Real Estate Agent at New Western since April 2020, Matthew has also contributed to RAND Corporation as an Administrative Assistant and Adjunct, focusing on research administrative operations from June 2018 to October 2020. Prior roles include Independent Contractor positions at Do LaB, Inc., and an internship at NAI Capital, alongside a formative experience as a Student Tutor at The Boys & Girls Club of Venice. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California, completed in 2018, having previously studied at Humboldt State University from 2013 to 2015.
