Thomas Blum

Thomas Blum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the cleantech and renewable energy sectors. Currently a Partner at Clean Energy Venture Group since September 2017, Thomas is also a long-standing member of New York Angels since July 2004, engaged in active angel investing. Additional roles include Chief Financial Officer at Sharp Pulse Corp. and Board Member at Enertiv, along with significant involvement in community service as Second Vice President on the Board of Trustees for the Unitarian Church Of All Souls and Treasurer for the Heart & Soul Charitable Fund. Thomas founded Channel Capital LLC in 2001, focusing on financial advisory and venture capital investments. Their prior experience includes being an Investment Banker at G.C. Andersen Partners, an Entrepreneur In Residence at the Stevens Venture Center, and an Innovation Advisor at NYSERDA. Thomas holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University.
