Benjamin Orona

Benjamin Orona is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate partnerships and philanthropy within prominent cultural institutions. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the New York Botanical Garden since April 2023, Orona has previously held key roles including Director of Corporate Philanthropy & Global Partnerships at the Guggenheim Museum and Director of Corporate Relations at The Public Theater, where responsibilities included managing corporate support programs, developing marketing materials, and fostering relationships with corporate partners. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Sponsorship at the Film Society of Lincoln Center, Sponsorship and Community Relations Manager at American Airlines, and Public Relations Specialist at PP Public Relations. Benjamin Orona holds an Associate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico and has received additional training in English as a Second Language from South Western Adventist University.
