Gary Friesen

Gary Friesen serves as General Counsel and Alliance Peacemaking Consultant for The Christian and Missionary Alliance since March 2013. Prior experience includes Executive Vice President at Peacemaker Ministries from November 1995 to December 2012, where leadership focused on serving the global church. Gary's legal practice from June 1987 to March 1996 involved counsel for for-profit and non-profit organizations, specializing in estate planning and probate. Academic credentials include a PhD in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Peace Studies from the International Graduate School of Leadership, a JD from Willamette University College of Law, and an undergraduate degree in Business/Economics from George Fox University.
