Paul J. Crosby

Paul J. Crosby currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Development at The Christian and Missionary Alliance, a position held since June 2016, where previous roles included Director for Donor Engagement and Donor Relations Manager. Prior to this, Paul J. Crosby worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado from March 2012 to May 2016, holding the positions of Manager of Fund Development, Special Events Coordinator, and Program Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as Interim Lead Pastor and Associate Pastor for Students and Leadership Development at Chaengwattana Community Church, as well as Program Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and Pastor of Student Ministries at Chaengwattana Community Church. Paul J. Crosby's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary (2009-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Cross Cultural Studies from Toccoa Falls College (1999-2004).
