Jonathan Duncan

Jonathan Duncan is an experienced project manager specializing in housing development and policy. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the New York City Housing Development Corporation since May 2021, Jonathan oversees a diverse range of projects, including new construction and refinancing initiatives. Previously, as a 2019-2021 HPD-HDC Housing Fellow, Jonathan completed various rotations focused on supportive housing and led financing efforts for 245 affordable units. Additional roles at the NYC Department of Social Services and other organizations involved contract management and research related to homelessness and supportive housing. Jonathan holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Northern Arizona University.
