Eduard Khaimov

Eduard Khaimov is an Associate Architect at the NYC School Construction Authority since July 2023 and has been the Founder of ED: UNIVERSAL SOLUTIONS since October 2013. Previously, Eduard served as a Project Manager at Gerald Caliendo Architects from 2014 to July 2023, where expertise in managing diverse architectural projects was developed. An internship at William / Architect in 2012 provided experience in preparing presentations for historic landmarks and collaborating with clients on design aesthetics. Eduard holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the New York Institute of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2014. Educational background also includes attendance at Ezra Academy and Forest Hills High School.
