Lauren Castaldo

Lauren Castaldo is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience supporting high-level executives in various industries, including finance and consumer goods. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at New York Life Investments since January 2023, Lauren previously held the role of Senior Administrative Assistant at IndexIQ, providing support to C-level executives and managing a 15+ member team. Additional experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Morgan Stanley, supporting the COO and Managing Director, and at The Dannon Company, where Lauren managed administrative tasks for three executives.
