Carly Emmer

Carly Emmer currently serves as the Executive Director of Growth Initiatives for the New York Mets, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Carly was involved with Orchid as a Strategic Operations professional and spent over five years at Coinbase, where responsibilities included leading HR Operations, managing People Analytics, co-designing compensation structures, and serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Earlier career stages included consulting at Bain & Company and contributing to projects at Google and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Carly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College.
