Pearl Sullivan

Pearl Sullivan is an accomplished IT Project Manager at New York Power Authority since January 2017, previously serving in significant roles at TIAA from 2003 to 2016. At TIAA, Pearl held positions including Lead Release Manager, where responsibilities included developing the Infrastructure Release Strategy and enhancing ITIL processes, and Director of Testing Utility Services, overseeing a team supporting 450 developers and 200 QA testers while managing an $8M budget. In the role of Director of Environment Operations, Pearl initiated key projects that reengineered test environments and established a Test Data Management department, leading to substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies. Pearl holds a degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
