Joann Klimkiewicz

Joann Klimkiewicz is an experienced digital producer with a diverse background in journalism and content management. Since November 2012, Klimkiewicz has been contributing to New York Public Radio. Previously, a role as Writer/Content Manager was held at Central Park Conservancy from September 2008 to April 2012. Klimkiewicz also worked as a Staff Writer at The Hartford Courant between May 2002 and August 2008 and served as a Suburban Correspondent for The Philadelphia Inquirer from November 1999 to February 2002. Early professional experiences include internships at Ms. Magazine and Meredith Corporation in 1998 and 1999. Klimkiewicz holds a BA in Journalism from New York University and completed a Reporting and Writing Fellowship for College Graduates at Poynter Institute in 1999.
