Rebecca Cooper

Rebecca Cooper is a dedicated research and teaching assistant currently engaged at both the New York State Psychiatric Institute and Barnard College, where responsibilities include studying social functioning in neuropsychiatric disorders and assisting in the Introduction to Cellular and Molecular Biology Lab, respectively. Rebecca's previous experience includes a research assistant position at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, focusing on social isolation-induced anxiety in female mice, and serving as a campus ambassador for the Gift of Life Marrow Registry. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Behavior at Barnard College, Rebecca's academic background includes education from Ma'ayanot Yeshiva High School, completed in 2019.
