Darren Beck

Darren Beck is an experienced leader in the New Zealand Defence Force, currently serving as the Director of Ministerial Services and Coordination since July 2019, with previous roles including Executive Director and Executive Officer in the Office of the Chief of Defence Force. From December 2015 to June 2018, Darren held positions as Business Change Manager, Capability Integration Lead, and Benefit Realisation Manager. With a military background, Darren served as Commander of the 2nd Health Support Battalion and as the NZ Military Adviser to the NZ High Commission. Darren's education includes multiple degrees and diplomas in project management, defence studies, and business from institutions such as the University of Canberra and Massey University, alongside professional development in project management through APMG certifications.
