Frank Schulpen

Frank Schulpen has extensive experience in various leadership and analytical roles within the public sector and health industries. Currently serving as a Senior Workstream Lead at New Zealand Defence Force, Frank has previously held the position of Director Principal at Delta Pro Limited and led procurement and supply chain efforts for the Capital & Coast District Health Board. Notably, Frank acted as the National Lead for COVID-19 Supply Chain Operations at the Ministry of Health New Zealand, along with supporting the supply chain as an analyst during the pandemic. Frank's educational background includes completing the Directors Course in Governance from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and training in project management from the Project Management Institute.
