Zoe Coulson-Sinclair

Zoe Coulson-Sinclair currently serves as the Ambassador-designate to Turkey, Israel, Jordan, and Azerbaijan at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Zoe was the Asia Regional Division Unit Manager at the same ministry from January 2019 to December 2021. Zoe has extensive experience in international development and public health, including positions as the Pacific Programme Manager at Oxfam Aotearoa and Integrated Conservation Grants Manager for the Wildlife Conservation Society across multiple Southeast Asian countries. Earlier roles included Climate Change Project Manager in Papua New Guinea and various positions at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, including First Secretary and NZAID manager. Zoe holds a Master's Degree in International and Community Development from Deakin University and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Arts from the University of Otago.
