Royce MacLeod

Royce Macleod is an experienced property management professional with a robust background in leadership and asset management. Since January 2016, Royce has held various roles at KiwiRail, including General Manager - Commercial Property and National Lease Manager, where responsibilities encompass leadership of the leasing team and management of over 200 buildings and 9,000 lease contracts. Prior experience includes positions at New Zealand Post as Property Manager, overseeing property, contract, and facilities management from August 2008 to October 2015, and roles at MRP Services Limited and Colliers International, focusing on comprehensive property management. Royce earned a NZDipMan in Business Management from Auckland University of Technology between 2000 and 2003.
