Philip Humfleet

Philip Humfleet, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources information systems consultant with extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM. As President and Senior Principal Consultant at Phil Humfleet Consulting Services since 2010, Philip has worked with both domestic and international clients, including implementations in Ireland and collaboration with teams in India, Hungary, and the Philippines. In addition to this role, Philip serves as a Senior Consultant at Newbury Enterprise Services, where contributions include the successful implementation of Fluid Open Enrollment and Fluid Life events at Grady Memorial Hospital, which serves a workforce of 6,000 employees. Prior experience includes a position as Principal Consultant at Oracle. Philip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, earned between 1967 and 1971.
