Lucy Hayes

Lucy Hayes is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Newbury Racecourse since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions at Silverstone Circuits Ltd, including Head of Operations from August 2021 to September 2023, and previously served as Head of Operations at Newbury Racecourse from July 2016 to August 2021. Lucy's career also includes experience as Operations Manager, Safety & Events Manager, and Venue Operations & Safety Administrator at Emirates Old Trafford, and Building Surveyor/Project Manager at Bruntwood. Additionally, Lucy was the Owner/Designer of Arco Jewellery Designs, specializing in bespoke jewellery design and marketing. Educationally, Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Surveying from The University of Salford, obtained in 2010.
