Rear Admiral Thomas C. Lynch

Rear Admiral Thomas C. Lynch, USN, Retired, serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board at NewDay USA, a financial services company dedicated to helping Military Veterans achieve financial security, since 2012. Lynch has also held significant roles as Managing Director at JLL and The Musser Group since 2008 and 2007, respectively, contributing expertise in commercial real estate services and entrepreneurial growth. Previously, Lynch served as Senior Vice President at The Staubach Company and Safeguard Scientifics, enhancing strategic consulting and innovation in their respective sectors. With a military career spanning over three decades in the US Navy, Lynch culminated their service as Rear Admiral, following their education at the United States Naval Academy and The George Washington University.
