Kayley Dobbs

Kayley Dobbs is a seasoned professional in user experience design and development, currently serving as Practice Team Lead at New Era Technology since November 2013. Responsibilities include interviewing and recruiting candidates, training new employees, and guiding team members to achieve career goals. Prior experience includes roles as a User Experience Designer & Developer with expertise in art direction, graphic design, user research, web development, and brand identity, alongside a freelance graphic designer position at Olympia Media Group. Earlier career highlights feature web development and graphic design at the North American Retail Hardware Association, where Kayley managed website creation and app UX design. Initial experiences included a lab tech assistant position at Miami University and an internship at Clear Channel of Cincinnati, where graphic design support was provided.
