Patrick O'Hara

Patrick O'Hara serves as the Chief Performance Officer at New Era Technology, a global technology solutions firm, since October 2024. Previously, O'Hara was the Managing Director of Service Delivery at The Northridge Group, where expertise in improving customer and employee experiences was leveraged. As Chief Performance Officer at EverView from February 2021 to July 2023, O'Hara focused on engaging customers across various platforms. O'Hara’s expansive career includes roles such as Senior Consultant for Contact Center and Customer Experience at The Northridge Group, Chief People Officer and Chief Compliance and Quality Officer at Alltran, and SVP Support and Learning Services at Sage. O'Hara's experience began with an emphasis on risk management and continuous improvement across several organizations, backed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Arizona.
