Rahul Pandey

Rahul Pandey is an experienced professional in technology and project management, currently serving as the Global Lead for Major Incident & Problem Management and ASPAC Managed Service Lead at New Era Technology NZ since November 2017. With a strong background in managing teams across various roles, Rahul focuses on operational planning, performance tracking, and service delivery management. Prior to this role, experience includes positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Senior Solution Architect/Project Manager, and at NCS Group as a Senior Consultant Lead, among others. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from BUI, Belgium and Europe.
