Katherine August-Dewilde

Katherine August-deWilde is an experienced corporate leader with a strong background in governance and compensation, serving as Chair of the Compensation Committees for both Sunrun and Eventbrite. Currently a member of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Newfront, Tipping Point Community, and San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund, Katherine has a tenure of significant leadership roles, including Vice Chair and Board Member at First Republic Bank. With prior experience on the boards of TriNet and OpenGov Inc., and an advisory role at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Katherine holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Goucher College.
