Rajan Nagina

Rajan Nagina is an accomplished technology and business leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, sales, and product development. Currently serving as the Head of AI Practice at Newgen Software since February 2022, Rajan is focused on scaling AI initiatives. As the Founder of Number Theory since April 2016, Rajan is engaged in innovative projects. Previously, Rajan held key positions at Nucleus Software Exports Limited as Director of Sales, where responsibilities included developing next-generation payment solutions, and at Pitney Bowes as National Manager for Sales, where the BFSI vertical was established. Other notable roles include Senior Manager of Business Development at Aricent, Lead Engineer at Ciena, Tech Lead at iSmart Panache, and Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies. Rajan holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow.
