Patrick Deuschle

Patrick Deuschle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and warranty management within the homebuilding and security industries. Currently serving as a Warranty Representative at New Home Co since March 2023, Patrick previously held roles including Division Customer Care/Warranty Manager at View Homes, where responsibilities included overseeing all Home Orientation and Warranty Service activities, and developing training manuals for the Customer Care department. Patrick also owned A Swift Security, providing residential and commercial security solutions in the Denver area. Previous positions include customer care roles at Boulder Creek Neighborhoods® and Richmond American Homes, as well as a Business Resource Manager at Exempla Healthcare. Patrick holds an Associate of Arts in Business from Aims Community College and has educational experience from the University of Northern Colorado.
