Courtney Crowder

Courtney Crowder is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership positions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Newmark since January 2022, Courtney previously held similar roles at Grand Peaks and Newmark Knight Frank, where strategic transactional management and oversight were key responsibilities. Prior to those roles, Courtney developed skills as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Associate at Redwood Capital Group LLC and gained foundational expertise as a Senior Financial Analyst at LaSalle Investment Management. Educational credentials include an MBA in Real Estate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a European MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
