Eric Destefano

Eric DeStefano is a finance professional with significant experience in debt and structured finance. Currently serving at Newmark since March 2020, Eric focuses on delivering customized financing solutions while maintaining long-term client relationships and leveraging expertise across diverse capital sources. Eric has simultaneously held the position of Associate Director of All-Stars and Head Coach at Blue Star Lacrosse since March 2018, contributing to the development of the program in South Jersey and training local youth lacrosse players. Prior experience includes serving as a Production Analyst at Barings Multifamily Capital from April 2018 to March 2020, specializing in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD financing products, and working in a multifamily role at Fannie Mae from June 2014 to March 2017. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Salisbury University, completed in 2014, and graduated from Moorestown High School in 2010.
