Hamish Rose

Hamish Rose is a seasoned professional in the mining engineering field with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Mining Systems Superintendent at Newmont Corporation since November 2019, Hamish also held the role of Senior Project Engineer. Prior to this, experience includes positions as Reliability Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Rio Tinto, focusing on asset management for locomotive and track maintenance. Additional experience encompasses project engineering roles at Quattro Project Engineering, a graduate engineering secondment at Regis Resources Ltd, and engineering and drafting positions at Mintrex and Sinclair Knight Merz. Hamish holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Western Australia and has completed studies at Auburn University and the University of Melbourne.
