Vincent de Blois

Vincent de Blois has an extensive career in the mining industry, currently serving as the Mine Superintendent at Newmont Corporation since September 2015, where responsibilities include hoist management, continuous improvement projects, and mining operation cost control. Vincent has held various positions within the company, including Acting Mine Operation Superintendent, Production General Foreperson, and Continuous Improvement Coordinator, with a focus on drill and blast planning, operational support, and engineering collaboration. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Engineer and Mining Ventilation Technician, as well as internships at K+S Windsor Salt Ltd. and Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, where Vincent contributed to ground control and seismic data analysis. Vincent holds a degree from Université Laval and completed finance training at the CFA Institute.
