Rachel Frey

Rachel Frey, MPH, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Institutional Giving at New Story, where responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with funding partners and developing strategies to grow a pipeline of institutional funders. Previously, Rachel worked as the Institutional Development Coordinator at Pro Mujer, focusing on identifying new funding opportunities. Experience also includes roles as a Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Development Director at Centro Infantil de los Ángeles, where fundraising initiatives were managed. Additional positions include Corporate Relations at UNHCR, freelance consulting for Ama Lo Que Haces, and various roles focused on community needs and health projects. Rachel holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, with a background in Spanish and Global Studies.
