Marta Moscato

Marta Moscato is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and people development across various organizations. Currently serving as Group HRD for eCommerce at Nexi Group since March 2022, Marta oversees approximately 800 FTE across 14 countries, supporting business transformation and growth. Previously, Marta held roles at Luxottica as Head of Group Talent Management and People Development, and at Ricoh Europe as Head of Learning and Development. Marta's early career includes positions at Ricoh Italia, Fiditalia, and ecare CRM Business Solutions. Marta holds a Master's degree in HR Specialist from Business School - Sole 24 Ore and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, complemented by a degree in Communication Science from the University of Bologna.
