Bronia Hill

Bronia Hill is the founder and leadership coach at Promote Yourself, a resume consultancy based in London, specializing in services for management and executive-level professionals since January 2010. In addition to resume and career consulting, Bronia has expanded the business to include LinkedIn summaries, professional branding, interview preparation, and coaching. Since October 2018, Bronia has also served as a principal at Next Step Partners, focusing on leadership and career transition coaching. Bronia's prior experience includes key roles at First Republic Bank, where responsibilities included relationship management for high net worth clients, strategic planning, and development of online financial services. An academic background in molecular and cellular biology was obtained from the University of Bath, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in 1998.
