Nan Su

Nan Su is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and operational excellence. Currently, as the Manager of Process Improvement at NextEra Energy, Inc. since April 2014, Nan Su has collaborated with department executives on projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction across various sectors including Finance and Human Resources. Prior experience includes roles at GE Healthcare from January 1999 to February 2014, where Nan Su served as a Global Project Manager, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance order fulfillment processes. Additional roles at GE Healthcare involved overseeing system support teams and leading Six Sigma initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Process Engineer at SABIC Innovative Plastics. Nan Su holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor of Science in Oil Refinery from China University of Petroleum.
