Gianina McManus

Gianina McManus, MBA, currently serves as the HRBP Manager at NextGear Capital, having joined in May 2022. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Manager of HR Business Partners at Manheim from October 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities encompassed HR practices and strategic implementation for two auction sites, along with facilitating organizational change. Gianina also served as the Director of Human Resources at Best Services, Inc. from August 2012 to October 2015, focusing on employee recruitment and onboarding. Earlier, Gianina was the Director of Human Resources/Business Manager at ACTION IRON & METAL, INC from January 1997 to March 2012, overseeing all daily operations and HR functions while managing a 32-member staff. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona (2020-2022) and a BBA in Business Management from Robert Morris University (2004-2006).
