Kimberly Walker

Kimberly Walker has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as an EDI Account Executive and EDI Development Support Team Lead at NextGen Healthcare since July 2012. In this role, Kimberly supports a team of nine Business Analysts by reviewing and approving application changes in response to industry standards and client needs. Previously, Kimberly held the position of EDI Systems Analyst, focusing on escalated support for EPM claims and industry-related issues. Prior to joining NextGen Healthcare, Kimberly worked as a Team Lead for client support, managing claims and back office support groups, and has extensive experience with electronic claims processing, including ANSI X12 formats. Kimberly's career began at DB Consultants, where responsibilities included application and claims support. Educational background includes attendance at Central Bucks High School West and Muhlenberg College.
