Chuck Boynton

Chuck Boynton is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Nextracker Inc. since February 2023, Chuck also holds a non-executive board member position. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Logitech and Poly, where Poly was acquired by HPQ in 2022, and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at SunPower Corporation, instrumental in the company's solar innovations. Additionally, Chuck served as CEO of 8point3 Energy Partners, a joint venture focused on solar energy projects, and held previous CFO roles at ServiceSource, Intelliden, Commerce One, and a senior management position at Kraft Foods Group. Chuck's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accounting and Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
