David Bohrer

David Bohrer is an experienced legal professional specializing in litigation and disputes, currently serving as Head of Litigation and Disputes at Nextracker Inc. since December 2023, managing various types of disputes for a leader in solar energy technology. Prior to this role, David held positions at Axiom and Discord, where responsibilities included overseeing antitrust, class action, and intellectual property litigations. David has a distinguished history as a Partner at Greenfield LLP, Managing Partner at both Merchant & Gould LLP and Valorem Law Group, and played a significant role in the IP litigation practices at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Dechert LLP. David began a legal career as a Partner at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, following academic achievements that include a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Stanford University. Additionally, David contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Northwestern University School of Law, teaching clinical legal ethics.
