Philip Breeze

Philip Breeze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both cyber operations and social work. Currently serving as a Joint Test & Evaluation Planner at NextStep Technology, Inc., Philip conducts critical test planning for the DoD operational testing and evaluation environment. Prior roles include Cyber Test Engineer at AERMOR, where Philip developed and executed test plans for the Navy and Marine Corps, and various positions in the US Navy, including Defensive Cyber Operations Watch Officer and Social Worker. Philip's academic background includes a Doctor's Degree in Social Work in progress at the University of Kentucky, along with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's in Human Services. With a diverse skill set spanning cyber defense, social work, and leadership in military settings, Philip Breeze effectively integrates technical and clinical competencies.
