The Human Resources team at Nextview Consulting is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. They manage the recruitment process, facilitate employee onboarding and development, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The team also plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with Nextview’s mission of creating a positive impact and maintaining its status as a "Best Workplace". Key members include the Recruiter, HR Business Partner NL, HR Manager, and Head of Recruitment.
