Dulcy Engelmeier

Dulcy Engelmeier has over 28 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, currently serving as a Technical Editor and Administrative Assistant at Nexus Environmental Consultants, Inc. since March 2022. In this role, Dulcy is responsible for reviewing, formatting, and editing technical documents such as NEPA studies, permit applications, and biological reports. Prior to joining Nexus, Dulcy worked as a Project Coordinator at Stantec from May 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing administrative functions and technical editing for the Elko, Nevada office. This followed a tenure as an Administrative Assistant at JBR Environmental Consultants, Inc. from July 1999 to April 2014, where Dulcy held similar leadership and editing duties. Dulcy is a graduate of Sparks High School, class of 1988.
