James Cottam

James Cottam is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Service Desk Team Lead at NexusTek since March 2021. Previously, Cottam held the position of SMO Administrator at DCS from May 2019 to March 2021 and served as the Director of Information Technology at Legacy Traditional School from July 2012 to April 2019. Earlier in their career, Cottam worked as an IT Consultant at Plus 5 Solutions and as a Systems Administrator at Omega Legal Systems, where responsibilities included IT management and technical services for a diverse client base. Cottam earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry between 1992 and 1995 and has further academic experience at GateWay Community College.
