Matthew Berry, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of the Extended Triage service desk team at NexusTek since June 2022, after previously holding positions as Team Lead and Service Desk Engineer III. Prior experience includes a role as Partner Success Engineer at Liongard and a Tier 2 Service Desk Engineer at NexusTek, where Matthew contributed to managing IT services for numerous small and medium-sized businesses.
